Q2: How much is the freight ?

A:  The freight cost will be determined based on your chosen mode of shipping and the quantity. We require you to provide us with the specific mode of transportation (either by sea or air) and the destination port or airport.


Q3:  Do you accept retail order? What is the MOQ required?

A:Yes, we do accept retail orders. The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is negotiable; feel free to contact us for further discussion.


Q4: Do you offer ODM or OEM services?

A:  Certainly, we provide both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. If you have a specific design in mind, feel free to share your design blueprint with us; sending an original sample would be even more beneficial.

We manage the entire process from conception to final product within our facility, encompassing every stage such as design conceptualization, prototype review, tooling, and actual production.
 

Q5: What are the finished product quality testing methods?

A: MT, PT, UT, RT, and VT are our primary methods for quality inspection.


Q6: If there is no request from the customer, what is the spot check rate of the factory on the weld quality?

A: The usual rate is 20%, unless Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is necessary.
