Welding Service

Welding is a processing method that achieves atomic bonding of workpieces through heating, applying pressure, or a combination of both, with or without filler materials.  

During the welding process, welding equipment is typically used to generate high temperatures that melt the metal at the welding joint, and then filler materials (such as welding rods or wires) are used to connect two metal components.  There are various welding methods, including manual arc welding, gas shielded welding, and submerged arc welding.  Manual arc welding is flexible and suitable for welding in various positions;  gas shielded welding is characterized by its fast speed and high quality;  submerged arc welding is mainly used for welding thick plates and offers high production efficiency.

The quality of welding is crucial for the safety and reliability of structures.  Therefore, during the welding process, we strictly control welding parameters such as current, voltage, and welding speed, and conduct quality inspections, such as visual checks and non-destructive testing, to ensure the quality of the weld joints.
